  • 4 organic lemons
  • 500g caster sugar
  • 1/2 liter water

Preparation

1.Cut lemons into slices.

2.Combine water and sugar.

3.Bring the mixture to the boil

4.Add lemons and simmer for one hour at a constant temperature.

5.Once the lemons are candied, remove the mixture from the heat and remove the lemon slices.

6.Dry the lemons on a rack for one day.

7.Place the slices in a Le Parfait Super 1L jar to be used within a month.

Faut il conserver le sirop obtenu pour mettre les citrons dedans une fois refroidis ainsi que le liquide sirop froid ?
